Ella is the pick puppy from the Moonsetter "X" Litter. She is co-owned with Sue Davis in Alaska, who owned Ella's sire, Spencer, and several past Moonsetter dogs. Ella currently lives with another Moonsetter Gordon, Theo.
Shows are few and far between in Alaska, but at Ella's first show, she managed to garner both a Puppy and Owner-Handled Group placement! Ella stays plenty busy year-round, training and working toward titles in hunt tests, scent work, tracking, and more. Having already earned 8 passes, she is well on her way to becoming another one of the breed's first Scent Work Detectives, which is the highest level. Ella and Sue are an inspiring team!
Ella was the #10 Owner-Handled Gordon in 2020.
